We The Fallen

This isn’t an actual character, just a test. Here, I tried an even darker look. The color palette is more on the monochrome side, and I experimented with adding in textures. This approach definitely created a mood. I think it’ll be cool to mix in some monochrome scenes throughout the book, but I don’t want to confine the art that much for the whole book. The sketchy lines are still here; that seems to be one of the few things I can decide on at this point. I think the texture thing can work too, although I‘d like to see it used more sparingly.
